Strength Factor
True to my name, this buff girl loves a workout that strengthens and defines my muscles. I've always been petite and consequently underestimated for my strength. Partly due to my love of proving people wrong when they underestimate me, I've always had a desire to be strong physically. Through my journey of earning a black belt in tae kwon do and participating in aerial arts, I have experienced several workouts that specifically emphasize strength. The workouts listed below include fun and exotic ways to "pump iron" and rate highly on my "Strength Factor."
